Established since 2010, in its early years, Nipbe focused on promoting support for Japanese businesses seeking partners in Vietnam, exporting and importing various goods such as textiles, packaging, food, agriculture, etc. Later on, the company expanded its services to include translation, comic translation, IT documentation, BSE (Biological Safety Evaluation), facilitating Vietnamese enterprises in Japan to find suppliers of agricultural machinery, car components, and more.
In 2015, a legal entity was established in Tokyo, Japan, providing services to customers in Japan. The services included personnel introduction, collaboration with businesses, trade brokerages, and the supply of various agricultural and medical equipment.
